Job Duties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Plan for future staffing needs.

• Oversee recruitment, from posting to selection.
• Attract top talent and manage onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Advise management on legal compliance

• Ensure payroll and benefits compliance.
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Review and recommend benefits changes.

Requirements:

• UKG experience preferred, HRIS implementation ideal.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred).
• 2-3 years of HR experience, focusing on payroll and benefits.
• Knowledge of payroll and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPP) a plus.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $85k-110k
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
